The Problem:
Clients reached out requesting a brand visual identity for an IP named "Hungry Pelican." They were planning to open a restaurant in a metropolitan area, and they wanted to provide a fun, family-friendly seafood experience. They needed a logo, a mascot, and a visual branding concept that would be simple yet engaging.
The Process:
We allowed the client to really flesh out the vision of the franchise while providing the intended uses for their space. They wanted a large mural of the logo as well, which would act as an accent wall. They wanted a vibrant approach as the space was to be taken in as light-hearted and pleasant for family-oriented visitors. The mascot was to look happy and easy to identify. They wanted him to be a sailor.
The Results:
The client was very pleased with the designs and was fully committed to redesigning their newly acquired space. Unfortunately, they were not able to bring the design to fruition due to administrative complications.
