2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and necessary materials (logos, text, brand assets) to complete projects.

• Ensure you have the legal rights to any content you provide (e.g., images, fonts, third-party materials).

• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

• Maintain responsibility for the final use of all deliverables (e.g., marketing claims, regulatory compliance, copyright clearances).

MO55 Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the Client.

3. Payment Terms

• All projects require payment as outlined in invoices, proposals, or subscription plans.

• Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur service suspension or late fees.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of MO55 Studio.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• Client Materials: You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use them for project execution.

• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. MO55 Studio retains ownership of design concepts, drafts, or unused work.

• Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Third-Party Assets: Stock photos, fonts, plugins, or tools may be subject to their own license terms. You are responsible for complying with third-party licensing.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

• Each project or subscription tier includes a specific number of revisions (outlined in the service plan).

• Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately.

• MO55 Studio is not liable for errors overlooked during the Client’s review and approval process.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no guarantees that deliverables will generate specific results (e.g., increased sales, SEO rankings, or campaign performance).

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

• We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MO55 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

• Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount you paid to MO55 Studio in the 3 months preceding the claim.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MO55 Studio, its owners, and affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of our services or deliverables.

• You may terminate services by providing written notice. Any fees already paid are non-refundable.
